A travel agency in Thailand
I didn't build it from scratch. They were already covered in chatbots, a CRM and automations, just built in an amateur way. They asked me to fix it. I went in for a month.
- agents
- 3agents
- of work
- A monthof work
- of leads a month, hundreds in strong months
- Dozensof leads a month, hundreds in strong months
Before
Over 10 processes
After
3 processes
Before
- Chatbots, a CRM and automations in Make, with no methodology.
- Clunky. It didn't work for the owner or for the agents. In practice they worked in Excel.
- Leads got lost, and were entered into the CRM by hand.
- Response time to a lead could be hours. Everything depended on the owner logging in, checking, notifying and assigning.
After
- Lead response time dropped from hours to an immediate response on the alert.
- Fewer leads got lost.
- Over 10 processes in Make became three.
What I built
Fireberry
I went through the whole system, learned it, cleaned it up, organized it and adapted it. I added internal automations.
ManyChat
I rebuilt the bots: to collect more details, to follow up, and so leads don't get lost. I dug in, checked what was failing and where, and fixed it.
Make
I rebuilt the automations that pull leads from the bot into the CRM, with a sounder methodology.
Lead alerts
An automation that flags every new lead, instead of checking by hand.
Supplier balance
They didn't have one. Some of the money sits with the business and some with the supplier, and it takes a clear reckoning of who owes whom.
Hotel payment tracking
There are deadlines. The automation pulls them together and sends a reminder on Telegram.
